EcoWheels Bike Share

EcoWheels wanted to launch a bike-sharing service in Portland but needed a platform that could handle high-volume, short-term rentals with flexible pricing (hourly, daily, weekly rates). They also needed integration with payment gateways and the ability to manage 300 bikes across 15 pickup/dropoff stations throughout the city.

Using Rentaleio's flexible rate structure, EcoWheels set up dynamic pricing for different rental durations and bike types (standard, electric, cargo bikes). They implemented QR code-based bike identification, automated late fees, and a mobile-first website perfect for on-the-go bookings. The damage reporting feature with photo uploads helped them maintain their fleet quality.
