All plans include full access to the platform, unlimited users, unlimited bookings, and our complete support team. Payment processing fees are charged separately by your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal).

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.

When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, you'll receive a credit that will be applied to your next bill.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors.

For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers. Enterprise customers can request invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

Each location can have its own staff, vehicles, and settings while still being managed from a centralized dashboard.

Yes! You have two options:

1. Use your custom Rentaleio subdomain or custom domain (e.g., rentals.yourbusiness.com)
2. Embed our booking widget on your existing website

We integrate with Stripe and PayPal, which together support virtually all payment methods worldwide including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers.

You own your data, always. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) before closing your account.

After cancellation, we'll retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems (except what we're legally required to retain for compliance purposes).
